How does it handle jar security deposits?
Deposits are recorded against each customer’s jar holding. When a customer closes their connection, the app shows exactly how many jars to collect and how much deposit to return — no diary hunting.
I supply both 20L jars and small bottles. Both?
Yes — every customer carries their own mix of products and rates. The route screen shows each house’s usual order, whatever combination it is.
I don’t have a computer. Can I still use it?
Yes — Routebook is built for the Android phone already in your pocket. There is no computer version to learn and no setup hardware to buy.
My driver is not comfortable with apps.
The driver’s screen is one list, in the exact order the route runs, with each house’s usual order prefilled. Marking a delivery is two taps. If he can use WhatsApp, he can use this.
Everything is in English. My staff read Hindi.
Every single screen works in both English and हिन्दी. Each person picks their own language and can switch anytime.
What happens when a customer says “I already paid”?
You open their ledger together: every bill, every payment, dated and signed. Customers can also report payments from their own app — nothing counts until you approve it, and once approved it can never be silently changed.
Network on my route is weak.
