1. The service
Routebook helps daily-supply businesses manage deliveries, billing, collections, staff and bookings. Your business admin controls what you can see and do.
2. Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your device secure — activity from your signed-in account is treated as yours.
3. Business data
Records entered in the app (customers, deliveries, payments, attendance) belong to the business that created them. They are stored securely in the cloud to provide the service.
4. Privacy
Your phone number is used for sign-in and app features only. Personal data is never sold. Data is shared only within your business as its roles allow. See the privacy policy for details.
5. Accuracy
The app records what users enter. Verify amounts and balances before acting on them — it is a record-keeping aid, not financial advice.
6. Fair use
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another business's data, or interfere with its operation.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but it may be briefly interrupted by maintenance or events beyond our control.
8. Subscription
Business subscriptions are billed as agreed with the platform owner. Unpaid subscriptions can make the account read-only or suspended.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
